Ron Nielsen
EVP Sponsor Operations
Ron leads the full commercial engine of the Medalist DST platform — broker distribution, investor onboarding, marketing, and platform operations. He serves as the primary point of contact for financial advisors and broker-dealers, and sits on the Investment Committee. Before joining Medalist, Ron built and led marketing and distribution operations across real estate and performance-driven businesses. A former NCAA athlete, he brings the same standard to the DST business that defined his time on the field: preparation, execution, and no excuses on responsiveness.

Erin Burke
Chief of Staff
Erin coordinates investor communications, subscription processing, quarterly reporting, and internal operations — keeping every moving part in sync from signed documents to funded placement. Advisors working with Medalist will find Erin behind most of the follow-through that makes this platform different from others they've worked with. A former NCAA athlete at Humboldt State University, she holds herself and the operation to a standard that shows in every interaction.
